This edition addresses the “Role of Technology Transfers in Climate Change”. The transfer of renewable and clean energy technologies from industrialized nations to developing countries is a key issue in the on-going discussions on the post-Kyoto regime. This paper outlines the degrees of divergence/convergence in the countries’ positions on technology transfer, as well as provides some experts and businesses opinions on the matter.
